Ingredients

  • 2 medium radishes, chopped
  • 2 hard-cooked egg yolks, mashed
  • cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup buttermilk

    Method

    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on green salad.
