Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup

Method

Melt the butter and blend in the flour. Stir in the milk, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened. Add the cheese and lemon juice and cook only until the cheese is melted.
