Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter
  • tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • cup

Method

Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Remove from the heat and add the milk, stirring. Cook until thick. Add the pepper, cheese and anchovies. Heat only until cheese is melted.
