  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper</

Method

  1. Combine the oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl and add a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.

  2. Stir in the mayonnaise, chili sauce, dill, scallions and celery. Add Tabasco to taste and the lobster meat. Blend well.

  3. Use as a filling for toasted hamburger buns. Garnish each sandwich with lettuce leaves.
