  • ¾ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 whole egg

Method

  1. Preheat oven to moderate (350°F.).

  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, coconut, cream and vanilla and mix well.

  3. Butter eight individual six-ounce baking dishes and fill three-quarters full with puddin
