One of J.-P.’s classics at Bob’s Juice Bar, this is what I drink to reward myself after a session at the pool.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 measure of protein powder
  • tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup, agave syrup or honey
  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) mineral water

Method

Combine all the ingredients together in a blender. You can also use fresh bananas instead of frozen and replace some of the mineral water with ice cubes.
