Ingredients

  • 100 ml ( fl oz) grapeseed oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Method

Warm the oil to 50°C (120°F) in a small stainless steel saucepan. Add the garlic then remove the pan from the heat and allow to infuse for 2 hours at room temperature. Strain, discarding the solids, and refrigerate the oil until required.
