Really, really spicy, this is a unique dish for times when you want a steak, but not plain old.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 jalapeño peppers

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Cut off the tops of the garlic heads, taking off enough to cut off the ends of most of the cloves. Pour the oil into a puddle in a small baking pan and set the garlic heads, cut side down, on top of the oil.
