This is the enhanced first stage of making guacamole. My wife once asked me why I don’t make it into a salsa. So here it is.


  • 3 cups peeled, seeded, and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • ¼


Mix everything together in a bowl and allow the flavors to blend for an hour or so in the refrigerator.
