Procedure
- Drain the tomatillos.
- Combine tomatillos, onion, garlic, chiles, and cilantro in a blender. Blend to a smooth purée.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the purée and cook 4–5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Season to taste with salt.
