  • 35 g ( oz/¼ cup) pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

Method

Put all the ingredients into a large cold frying pan over medium heat. Cook, tossing regularly for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden and toasted. Cool before serving.

This seed mix can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of weeks, so make a larger quantity for scattering over soups, stews and salads.
