Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon drained capers, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, pickles, capers, shallots, tarragon, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest and juice, and salt and pepper to taste in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
