Serve this lively dressing with Vietnamese Spring Rolls or on a salad of thin slices of mixed cabbages.


  • ¼ cup organic crunchy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon organic tamari
  • 2 tablespoons plain organic soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened organic shredded coconut
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon organic brown sugar
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste


Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Taste for seasoning.
