Buy a few cutters - maybe a gingerbread man, a heart, a tree or star - and use them to make a batch of my Gingerbread Biscuits. Wash the cutters and layer 3 or 4 of the biscuits inside. Place into a bag (see tip 11) with a hand-written copy of the recipe, and tie with ribbon.
