Soya milk is extracted from soya beans and is available in liquid and dried forms. It has a nutty taste, which 1 find very pleasant, and it can give additional flavour to soups. It is not so successful in tea and coffee. It makes a refreshing summer drink when mixed with mint and a dash of salt. It also makes excellent lassi mixed half and half with yoghurt.
