Fenugreek

Fenugreek is very important in India, where the seeds are used as a flavouring in curries (and other dishes), and the leaves are used as a vegetable. Both leaf and seed can vary in their aromatic quality. The seeds can be sprouted like mustard and cress, when they will make a tasty addition to salads. They are also available ground.
