Mustard

The seeds are available in two colours; black (brown, B. nigra) or white (yellow, B. alba) of which the black is the hotter. The seeds are also available powdered. Mustard is used for a wide range of dishes including curries, cocktail dips, sandwich spreads, relishes, cheese dishes and dressings.
