Cashew nuts

Cashew nuts are usually sold shelled and salted. They can be eaten as a cocktail nut, in baking and to flavour butter. They also make excellent purées.
  • High in fibre, protein, carbohydrate, magnesium, iron, niacin, vitamins B1 and B2.
