(a) Sauces made from sieved fresh or stewed fruit freeze well. Pack in boxes in usable portions, leaving headspace. (b) Pudding sauces made from fruit juice, chocolate, etc. can be frozen. They should be thickened with cornflour. Pack in boxes in usable portions, leaving headspace. High Quality Storage Life: (a) 12 months; (b) 1 month.
