We use the following equipment for sous-vide cooking at Bentley. Although this may seem like an elaborate set-up and is expensive, you can replicate this cooking technique at home using everyday items. Indeed, when we first opened the restaurant we couldn’t afford to buy the proper equipment, so we improvised as best we could.
