  • About
Narrow board with a handle (with a hole so that it can be hung in a convenient spot). I use it not only for chopping vegetables and meat but also as an aid in slicing such foods as terrines so that each slice remains firm and intact—I hold the board perpendicular to the terrine resting on a platter or another board and press it against the terrine as I cut each slice.
