Remarks: These fast day dishes are prepared like meat day dishes, except substitute fish glue for gelatin. Tear up the fish glue, soak in 1 glass of cold water for several hours, and then boil in the same water until the volume is reduced by half. Use the same amount of fish glue as you would gelatin.
