AN OLD LECTURER OF MINE ONCE REMARKED, “YOU CAN TELL WHEN YOU’VE CRACKED IT WHEN YOU CAN’T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WORK AND PLEASURE”. IF THAT’S THE CASE, I RECKON WE’VE GOT HER CRACKED. I HOPE YOU’VE ENJOYED THE RIDE AS MUCH AS I HAVE AND I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO TAKE IN SOME OF THE VARIED AND CAPTIVATING SCENERY ALONG THE WAY!

Hopefully, I’ve opened up, literally, a new chapter on the subject of Poultry, Game and ‘Poisson’, a lighter look at the traditionally dark autumnal and wintery foodstuff of game, the flaccid fishy business and the poor pale poultry affair of the foodstuffs which fill our day-to-day appetites. I believe I’ve offered a fresh look at presentation, and at combinations and contrasts.
