  • About
  • Use low-fat dairy products.
  • Serve cereals with fruit juice, or skimmed milk.
  • Drink tea with lemon, not milk.
  • When you do fry, use a non-stick pan (which requires less oil), and use polyunsaturated oils – but don’t let them get too hot or they may become saturated. (Corn oil is the most stable at high temperatures.)
  • Limit your egg consumption to two or three a week.
