  • About
Italy consumes more pasta than any other country in the world and is the nation most strongly associated with it. However, the Chinese have eaten pasta for centuries and it is also made and eaten in Spain, Greece, the Middle East, North Africa and the United States. Nowadays, it is possible to buy pasta made from wholewheat and buckwheat, and traditional pasta is also available in several colours, depending on what ingredients were used to make it. All varieties come in a bewildering range of shapes and sizes.
