Sugar-crusted alcohol pralines are not as common in the United States as they are in Europe. When these unique treats are sold in Europe, they are usually wrapped in paper or foil to warn customers that they are filled with alcohol. Be sure to warn your customers to place the entire praline in their mouth, so that they do not bite into it and cover themselves in the alcohol.
