  • About
Any kind of hard liquor without sugar can be used in making alcohol pralines. Popular options include brandies, especially Kirschwasser and Poire Williams, and whiskey. The pralines can be enrobed in dark, milk, or white couverture, although 63% dark couverture is most commonly used.
