Adam Kendler started making fudge in 2015, partly out of curiosity for such a magical sweet treat and also due to ordering what looked like delicious fudge online but which ended up tasting like rubber! Adam spent hours researching different methods and experimented with various recipes, then finally tweaked his own take on non-traditional, all-natural, soft and creamy fudge that melts in the mouth.
