Aída Gabilondo

Aída Gabilondo is known as the author of the best selling 1992 cookbook Mexican Family Cooking. She was the mother of well known NYC-based Mexican chef/restaurateur Zarela Martinez, and grandmother of Chef, TV personality and Masterchef judge Aarón Sánchez.
