Alison Price Becker is the founder of Alison Food & Hospitality Innovation. A diversified hospitality and food professional, with twenty-five-plus years’ experience in restaurant ownership (Alison On Dominick Street, Alison By The Beach and, most recently, Alison Eighteen), she is known for developing and mentoring while forging a path for women in the industry.
Passion for food and people led Alison to a post- restaurant career in product/recipe development and creating line extensions for Cool Whip, Hungry Man, Starbucks, Pepsico, Canyon Ranch, Birds Eye, White Wave (now Acme), Apio vegetables, Gorton’s Fish and Quaker Oats. She is also called on as a financial consultant to start- ups and restaurants. The author of Kitchen Suppers: Good Food to Share with Good Friends, she has celebrated the home cook and supermarket brands on Taste of NY and for the QOOQ tablet, filming recipes representing the American kitchen. Alison has been featured in magazines and on television around the world.
Alison is looking forward to her next project, welcoming retreats, seminars, weddings and gatherings of all kinds to Domaine Majou, a grand manor house that she recently purchased in France.
