After completing a Grand Diplôme® at Le Cordon Bleu, Ana Martorell has continued to extend her skills and knowledge by completing several additional trainings at Le Cordon Bleu, including wine studies.
Her career path since her studies have been full of enriching experiences and responsibilities. While implementing the menu for Aromas and Aida, two restaurants in Mexico City, she has also launched her own brand called amANAMARTORELL which offers first class quality catering services. Martorell is also the founder of the brands Xocolata and SAÓ.
Martorell has been published on El Heraldo de México in the gastronomy section; has been a cultural representative in collaboration with Mexico’s embassy at Ottawa’s Parliament Hill, and was a host chef for the first Mexican gastronomic week at restaurant Astor Grill, in 2017. That same year, she was a participant in the 2017 edition of Millesime México alongside Don Julio.
