Anil Ashokan was the chef and owner of Qmin restaurant in Sydney where he created contemporary dishes alongside traditional Indian cuisine.
After closing Qmin he has worked in global flight catering initially in the kitchen then in IT. Today he says: “I stay close to food and it remains my first love. I still dabble as a consultant sharing the unique cusp of my culinary knowledge and business systems, as a side hustle which I passionately pursue to help anyone who is interested.”
