Aviva Elias

Aviva Elias was born in Singapore, at a crossroads of distinct and assimilated exotic cuisines. Thus began her cosmopolitan food journey and innate curiosity to experience the world, which has not dimmed. Ever inquisitive, she ventured across five continents tasting and learning how best to combine flavours, colours and textures. She brought these together in her company Saffron, catering events in London and further afield for more than 20 years.
