Born in Istanbul in 1992, Aykut Doğanok studied Tourism Management and Hotel School at university. After graduating, he completed his studies at Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul where he earned his Diplôme de Cuisine. In 2014, Doğanok started to work at Nicole under chef owner Aylin Yazıcıoğlu, also a Le Cordon Bleu alumna, and in 2018 was promoted to head chef. Nicole earned the title Best Turkish Restaurant on La Liste 2019.
