Beatriz Gala began her journey in the world of gastronomy training at the Madrid School of Hospitality and Tourism. For various reasons, she had given up her original idea of a career in administration, where she somehow could not find her place. Years later, she decided to start a recipe blog Corazón de Caramelo (Caramel Heart), which rekindled her desire to dedicate her life to cooking. For years Gala had dreamed of training with the best, so she decided to study at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, first completing the course in Pastry and two years later in Cuisine, obtaining then the Grand Diplôme®. With the skills she acquired she was soon able to open her own cooking and pastry school in Madrid, Corazón de Caramelo, where she feels she has finally found what she has been searching for.
