Brian Turner CBE is a British chef and TV presenter. He trained at Simpson’s in the Strand, The Savoy, The Beau Rivage in Lausanne and Claridge’s, before opening The Capital Hotel in 1971 with Richard Shepherd, which went on the be awarded a Michelin star.
His TV work has included regular appearances on BBC shows including Ready Steady Cook, A Taste of Britain and My Life on a Plate . He is the President of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in the UK. [Wikipedia]
