Bryan Tay Wee Hung, from Kuching in Sarawak, Malaysia is an alumnus from Le Cordon Bleu, Tokyo. Since completing the Pastry and Bakery Course, he has opened his own café, MANNA Pâtisserie | Boulangerie | Café, which the local community claims to make the best croissants in town.
