A cooking school proprietor, author of some seven authorities cookbooks, and a TV and radio presenter in Malaysia and Singapore, Carol has been educating Australians for two decades. She pioneered and conducts fascinating tours of shopping areas where Asian providores, green grocers and restaurants abound, covering Chinese, and Malay, Indian, Tibetan and Indonesian trends.
