Fashion designer turned chef, Chen Huijun (or Joey) graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Shanghai in 2016 after discovering a strong passion for culinary arts. She studied cuisine and pastry and achieved 5 awards at the end of her 9 months training.
She worked on various culinary projects including catered events for the French Prime Minister and gained invaluable experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs. Chen has received many awards after taking part in culinary competitions nationwide.
Chen joined Rougié as their Culinary Ambassador and works alongside various ambassador chefs within the group, creating menus using their products.
