Dan Cox

Dan Cox was executive chef at Simon Rogan's Fera at Claridge's and was a 2008 Roux Scholar. His latest restaurant, Crocadon, is on the site of the 120 acre farm in Cornwall which he farms on regenerative agriculture principles.
