Dr. Claudia Prieto Piastro

Dr. Claudia Prieto Piastro is a food anthropologist; her works focuses on the role of food in the construction of national identity. Since 2018, she has been a lecturer at LBIC/Brunel University of London where she teaches modules on Social Sciences and Intercultural Studies.
