Specialising in pastry and international bakery, Fiorella Falco has more than 20 years professional experience developing culinary projects throughout Europe and Latin America. She has a degree in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu Peru and is certified as an Executive Pastry Chef by the Culinary Academy of the Americas. Fiorella held the position of corporate pastry chef for 11 years at Accor Hotels and has worked in the restaurants of Albert and Ferrán Adriá in Barcelona and in Astrid and Gastón in Lima. Currently, Falco is responsible for the bakery operations of The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center, AC Lima Miraflores, Tambo del Inka, Palacio del Inka, Hotel Paracas and the Aloft Lima Miraflores hotels.
