Francine Cohen

Francine Cohen, who died in 2024, was a journalist and consultant who founded www.insidefandb.com to cover the business of the food, beverage and hospitality industries. In addition to raising funds and awareness for Les Dames d’Escoffier New York, the New York Women’s Culinary Alliance and Citymeals on Wheels, she wrote about food, drinks, hotels, bars, brands, bartenders, chefs, farmers, producers and purveyors while providing strategic marketing and business planning guidance to clients stretching from beverages to a mid-sized South American country.
