Galit Goldstein Orlow

Born in 1977 in Israel, Galit has called Zurich home since 2008, where she lives with her husband, Alain, and their two children, Ilai and Shir. As a passionate confectioner she shares the flavours of her hometown, Tel Aviv, through her baking atelier. Inspired by her mother, who made Aliyah from Egypt, she finds joy in creating nostalgic treats that evoke cherished memories. The kitchen has always been at the heart of her life, filled with happiness and family traditions. For her, cooking and baking are both an art and a science, and each dish she creates is infused with love, aiming to delight those who experience her creations. Witnessing their joy is the most rewarding part of her culinary journey.
