Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Geoffrey Tulloch was most inspired by his mother who prepared dishes that were nothing short of perfection of authentic Jamaican flavors reflecting both his families & the islands strong multi-ethnic roots. Drawing from his international experiences in Jamaica, Venezuela, Brazil, Italy and now New York City, culinary arts has become Tulloch’s life passion for over twenty years. He made his mark in NYC at the Rainbow Room in Rockefeller Plaza and also as the Executive Chef and event planner at Mood Food, creating events such as Food and Wine Magazine’s Top Chef Awards, launching The Gourmet Cookbook by Ruth Reichl, and the Bon Appetit Cookbook by Barbara Fairchild. Tulloch has also managed intimate dinner parties for celebrities including former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Molly Ringwald, and Tom Cruise to name a few. Tulloch is now working on his next two projects, the opening of a gourmet sandwich shop and an Annual Culinary Event leveraging his professional experiences and his Jamaican roots.
