Co-founder, The Jewish Princesses

Tracey Fine and Georgie Tarn were both inspired by their grandmother’s and mother’s balabusta capabilities. Lifelong friends, their common denominator was always food, family and friendship, and they would often cook together for the Jewish holidays. In 2005, inspired by their mutual passion for Jewish food and lifestyle, they created a new, modern, comedic cookbook called The Jewish Princess – a cross between Sex in the City meets Desperate Housewives meets Jewish food. To date, they have published four books: The Jewish Princess Cookbook, The Jewish Princess Feasts and Festivals, The Jewish Princess Guide to Fabulosity and The Modern Jewish Table. They have also made several television appearances and talked about kosher cookery across the radio airwaves in the UK, Spain and America, including interviews on BBC, LBC and REM. Their upbeat, entertaining Princess Positive look on life, family, food and friendship brings fun, style and a dash of chutzpah to the kitchen.
