Gloria Hinostroza

Gloria Hinostroza is a Peruvian chef, investigator and educator who has dedicated her career to unearthing and preserving Peru’s rich culinary heritage. Raised partly in Huaraz and later teaching at Le Cordon Bleu Perú, she has researched and documented thousands of traditional recipes and published widely on Peruvian cuisine.
