After embarking on his culinary career more than 25 years ago, Hajime Kasuga is not only an experienced and skilled chef, but also a sought-after international advisor for restaurants specialising in Nikkei Cuisine. Kasuga is a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Peru. He worked as an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu for Japanese, Peruvian and French culinary classes, between 2013 and 2016. Today he is co-founder of Nikkei Gastronomy Association in Perú and boasts several awards including Top 10 Best Restaurant in Asia Pacific (Marriott International 2019) and Top 40 Jakarta’s Best Eats (Foodies Magazine 2019).
