Heidrun Metzler

Heidrun Metzler is a German- born baker and author with a degree in social pedagogy. She began baking recipes at the age of ten. Travels to other European countries and relocation to the United States fueled her baking inspirations. Now, she shares her expertise with her book and teaching videos.
