Helen Graham

Helen is a food writer living in London, specialising in vibrant vegetable-forward Middle Eastern-inspired food. She was previously the executive chef of Bubala, where she helped to establish the brand and grow it to two sites. The restaurant received much critical acclaim and quickly became a favourite for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Helen has also worked at some of the capital’s best Middle Eastern spots, including The Barbary, Ottolenghi and The Palomar.
